For most women wanting to enlarge their breasts it is to a natural size, but for others, it is the biggest breast implants ever. Most reputable surgeons will limit the size of the implant that they will perform. The surgeon typically bases his decision on a number of factors specific to the woman. First, the size of the woman and her build. Next is the reasoning behind the implants and lastly the safety of the woman wanting the implants.

Most women are perfectly happy with increasing between one and two cup sizes. In many cases that is perfect for just about any body frame and the woman is left with confidence and a pleasant figure. If the breasts are enlarged more then three-cup sizes, she may find that back problems or other health concerns are imminent. One should consider issues such as leaking, scarring and removal for future health.

The biggest breast implants may not always be the best implants. After careful consideration and the advice of a well-trained surgeon, a woman may agree to a cup size or two. Anything that is abnormal or unnatural is something she will likely not be happy with in the end anyway.
